The craftsmanship and quality of the bracelet is magnificent.\nThat said, I had difficulty pulling the bracelet apart to get it on my wrist due to the strength of the metal. I contacted John and he went above and beyond to assist me.\nI decided to return this bracelet and will be purchasing a bracelet with a spring hinged in its place.
